Just a reminder that our regular monthly daytime workshop
is coming up next Wednesday
June 18
1-3pm
Sylvan Community Center

(cross street -Sylvan Rd, on the left just south of
Auburn and Old Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights)
Besides discussion of member breakthroughs and finds on
your research, and
help for any brickwalls....... we have a couple of great programs to offer
you also presented during the workshop time.
FIRST........
Linda Johnson, a member, will be giving a live demo of
"Find-a-Grave website". She will offer
something on “How-to”, and some tips
& tricks. This should be a very good offering for all
members.
SECOND....... Jim
Rader, a member & professional speaker, has graciously consented to share his experience with us on DNA. He has put together a special 3 part series on DNA. Come and get your
questions answered, no really, get those questions you have answered. Learn the how,
what, where
and why of DNA testing and what comes next after testing.
Jim has scheduled a 3-part series, each an hour, at the
June 18th workshop, July 16th workshop, & August 20th workshop.
Two great presentations to look forward too. So be sure
to mark your calendars for the June 18th Workshop. Be prepared to
learn, be prepared to interact, be prepared to help and support others that
come.
I am very excited. I hope to see you there. Come early
for a good seat.
