12:00pm – 2:00pm: Registration at the Gold Miner's Inn

2:00pm – 5:00pm: Executive Committee Meeting at the Gold Miner's Inn

5:00pm – 6:00pm: Happy Hour hosted by the Gold Miner's Inn

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Dinner catered by Bear River Pasta Company at the Gold Miner's Inn

7:00pm – 8:00pm: Nevada County Historical Society will join us with their Speak Program, presented by Richard Hurley, Terry Meekins, and Shelly Covert

8:00pm – 9:00pm: Enjoy refreshments with the locals

Friday, Oct. 18th, 2013
8:00am – 9:00am: Regional Vice President's Meeting at the Gold Miner's Inn

10:00am – 11:30am: Firehouse Museum No.1

12:00pm – 1:00pm:
Lunch at Maria's Mexican Restaurant and presentation by Chris Enss

1:00pm – 5:00pm: Tour North Star Mine and Powerhouse Museum

5:00pm – 6:30pm: Happy Hour hosted by Gold Miner's Inn

7:00pm – 10:00pm: Dinner and historic presentation at the Holbrooke Hotel


Saturday, Oct. 19th, 2013

8:00am – 9:00am: Board Meeting at Gold Miner's Inn

9:15am – 10:00am: Bus transportation to South Yuba River State Park Association

10:00am-1:00pm: Tour South Yuba River State Park Association

1:00pm – 2:00pm: Lunch at South Yuba River State Park Association

2:00pm – 3:00pm: Bus transportation back to the Gold Miner's Inn

3:00pm – 4:30pm: Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum

5:00pm – 6:00pm: Enjoy historic Mill Street

6:00pm – 9:00pm: Dinner and presentation of California and the Civil War by Richard Hurley and Terry Meekins at Tofanelli's Gold County Bistro
